Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that meet the needs of Reception-aged children, following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

* Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages children to develop emotionally, socially, and academically.

* Observe and assess children’s progress through formative assessments, providing constructive feedback to both children and parents.

* Use a range of strategies to cater for the diverse learning needs of children, ensuring every child receives the support they need to reach their full potential.
