Are you a passionate and dedicated Reception teacher looking for an exciting Summer term role? Tradewind Recruitment are working closely to support a lovely independent school in Havering to secure an exceptional Reception teacher for the Summer Term.

This is a friendly and independent school in Havering where every child is encouraged to flourish and develop confidence, curiosity and independence.

As the successful Reception teacher you will have a class of 16 children with an additional adult. The Reception children enjoy a rich mix of indoor and outdoor learning, specialist teaching in Music, PE, Spanish, Swimming and Forest School, and a supportive community that celebrates every child's unique potential.

About the Role

* Lead and inspire learning in Reception, following their enhanced Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. * Deliver engaging, creative and well-resourced lessons that challenge and nurture each child. * Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents to ensure every pupil thrives. * Participate in wider school life, including term activities and events. xbpsjku

This position is full-time from mid-April and running through to the end of the Summer Term (July 2026). Hours are 8Am - 4Pm.

Pay rates are between £190 - £248.88, depending on experience

What We're Looking For

A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience in Early Years education.

An Enhanced Child Only DBS and/or Overseas Police checks

A CV that covers your employment and education history since you finished formal education and any employment breaks must be explained
