Rate: £12.50 per hour

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm

We are currently seeking a Temporary Receptionist to join our client's dynamic team on an Adhoc basis.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or individual. Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information or redirect as necessary. Manage the reception area by ensuring it is clean, organised, and presentable at all times. Receive and sort incoming mail and packages. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying. Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.Requirements:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
