Coppersmith Recruitment are hiring on behalf of our client.

Are you a reliable, organized professional who takes pride in being the "face" of a business? We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join a fast-paced environment in Doncaster. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a consistent routine and is comfortable taking on the additional responsibility of securing the site.

The Details

* Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

* Location: Doncaster

* Schedule: Monday to Friday

* Hours: 08:00 – 19:00

The Role

In this position, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers. Your day will start with opening up the front of house and will conclude with ensuring the premises are safe and secure.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greeting clients and visitors with a warm, professional welcome.

* Managing a busy switchboard and directing calls appropriately.

* Handling incoming and outgoing mail/deliveries.

* General administrative support as required by the management team.

* Evening Lock-up: Conducting a final sweep of the building at 7pm to ensure all windows/doors are shut and the alarm is set.

What We’re Looking For

* Reliability: Since you are responsible for locking the building, punctuality and dependability are non-negotiable.

* Professionalism: Excellent communication skills and a polished appearance.

* Confidence: Ability to work independently, especially during the evening lock-up procedure.

* Experience: Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role is highly desirable
