Receptionist
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Hotel Receptionist to work within the front office team at Clayton Hotel Birmingham.

Take and confirm reservations for guests using the system Opera Register guests and process payments - ensuring accurate and efficient accounts and guest billing processes are followed Update all guest information in the system. Build a good rapport with guests and resolve any complaints/issues quickly to maintain high quality customer service. Deal with guest requests to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay Respond to any inquiries guests may have about in-house facilities and local tourist information. Ensure correspondence and emails are responded to in a timely manner What You'll Need: Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Outstanding communication skills. Capability to remain calm and perform well under pressure. Experience in 3/ 4-star hotel is desired but not essential About Us
