The Role:

As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering a professional and friendly service. Your role will be essential in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every visitor.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Greeting clients with a warm and welcoming smile

✔️ Managing appointments and scheduling bookings

✔️ Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries

✔️ Processing payments and maintaining records

✔️ Keeping the reception area clean and organised

✔️ Supporting the team to ensure the best possible experience for our clients.

✔️ Social Media Marketing to build up custom base.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Excellent communication and people skills

✅ A friendly and compassionate nature

✅ Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

✅ Previous reception or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)

✅ Basic IT skills and confidence using booking systems

⏳ Hours: [Wednesday: 4pm - 8pm, Thursday: 4pm - 8pm, Friday 3pm - 7pm & Sunday 10 pm - 2 pm (occasional holiday cover on Saturday and Sunday)]
