Duties & Responsibilities as a Receptionist
Ensure a seamless arrival and departure process for guests, including check-in, check-out, room escorting, and luggage delivery.
Verify and establish appropriate credit arrangements for all guests.
Collect passports and complete all required procedures in compliance with local legislation and Hyatts data privacy standards.
Handle all cash transactions and billing processes accurately.
Assist guests throughout their stay, addressing requests and resolving any complaints promptly and professionally.
Identify and maximize revenue opportunities through effective upselling techniques.
Provide guests with comprehensive information about the hotels services, facilities, and amenities.

Friendly and professional individual with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Confident in managing front desk responsibilities while maintaining a warm, welcoming demeanor and demonstrating excellent communication skills.
