You're a mind-reader due to your ability to anticipate what your customer wants before they even knew what they wanted. And a juggler because you love change, confident and focused on delivering outstanding guest experience whilst overseeing a busy reception. What will I be responsible for as a Receptionist? Making Guests Smile provide a warm welcome, genuine care and constantly finding innovative ways to exceed guest expectations Checking guests in and out using Opera PMS, in line with brand standards Ensuring all guest charges are accurate and process payments in accordance to company policy Handling guest complaints in a calm and empathising manner Communicating and liaising with various departments in the hotel to provide guest with a seamless stay Actively promoting our loyalty program, IHG Rewards Club Maximising opportunities to generate revenue through upselling Performing reservation arrival checks Is this Receptionist role right for me? You will already be an established Receptionist with hotel experience who lives, breathes and sleeps outstanding service. You will be able to work flexible hours on a shift basis including weekends and bank holidays.
