Receptionist – temporary

This organisation is currently searching for a Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis.

Based just a few miles from the M1 & M62 motorways in LEEDS, the successful Receptionist will easily be able to commute from surrounding towns & cities including Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Pontefract, Castleford, Selby, Wetherby, Dewsbury and Halifax.

Key responsibilities of the Receptionist

• Answering and directing incoming calls appropriately, including effective use of the internal switchboard.
• Greeting visitors in a welcoming manner and ensuring that arrival & departure procedures are met.
• General administration and making travel arrangements for visitors as and when required.

Working Hours of the Receptionist

37.5 Hours per week, across a Monday to Friday pattern.

• 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday

In return, the Receptionist will receive

• Renumeration: Up to £15.89 per hour (£31,000.00 per annum pro‑rata)
• Holiday Entitlement: 33 Days (pro‑rata)
• Contract Length: Up to 3 months – possibility of extension and permanent employment but not guaranteed.
• Access to various onsite facilities: free onsite parking, subsidized canteen and gym.
