Our well-established legal client is looking for a warm, professional, and well-organised receptionist to join their busy Trowbridge office.
This is a key front-of-house role where you’ll be the friendly face of the firm —welcoming clients, managing enquiries, and helping keep our office running like clockwork.
Key Duties:
Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors—creating a great first impression. Answer and direct calls, manage post, and handle office supplies. Support the team with admin tasks, finance processing, and meeting preparation. Step in where needed to keep the office running smoothly.
The Ideal Candidate:
Confident communication skills, in person and over the phone. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Organised, adaptable, and happy to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous reception and or customer-facing experience is essential...
