As a Recovery Handler, you will play a critical role in recovering financial outlay following non fault claims, protecting our customers' interests, and ensuring excess payments are returned promptly where applicable. This role sits at the start of the recovery journey. You will make sure our outlay is accurately reflected, pursue recovery opportunities proactively, and manage third party insurers and solicitors with confidence. You will balance commercial awareness with strong customer care, keeping policyholders informed throughout the process.
