This is a rewarding, person-centred role where you'll empower people to build resilience, strengthen their recovery capital and work towards living safe, independent and purposeful lives. Your new role As a Recovery Coordinator, you will: Hold and manage your own caseload of service users Complete assessments, risk assessments and personalised recovery plans Provide 1:1 key working using motivational and trauma-informed approaches Coordinate psycho-social interventions, harm reduction and clinical support Make timely referrals to internal teams and external partner agencies Support access to peer support, mutual aid and community-based recovery groups Maintain accurate, compliant case records and contribute to service reporting Work collaboratively with clinicians, partner services, peer mentors and families Support day-to-day service activity such as duty cover, reception and needle exchange (training provided) What you'll need to succeed Essential: Experience supporting people affected by substance use, mental...
