Right now, we are looking for a Recovery Integration Lead to play a pivotal role in our Complex Needs Service in Wandsworth. Sounds great, what will I be doing? To work across both community houses and High Support Schemes in Wandsworth support people with mental health problems in their recovery journey. To recruit and coordinate Peer Support volunteers from within the Wandsworth MH Rehabilitation and Recovery Service to co-produce Peer Support Groups, training sessions and to be a part of the local co-production Group. To ensure all volunteers are sufficiently supported, trained and stable within their own recovery. Providing hope and unconditional positive regard to service users. Supporting service users to increase their self-confidence and ability to self-advocate.
