As a Recovery Worker with CrossReach, you ll support adults as they work towards recovery from substance use. You ll play a vital role in helping people build confidence, stability and hope for the future. Providing one-to-one and group support to help people achieve their recovery goals Developing personalised recovery plans focused on each person s strengths and aspirations Working closely with families, carers and partner agencies to ensure joined-up care Offering flexible support, including some evenings and weekends when required Experience of supporting people affected by substance use, or working in a similar care setting, is essential. Ideally, you ll hold an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or be willing to work towards it with our support.
