An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Recruiting Officer in People & Organisational Development.

What you will be doing

To support the Senior Manager for Recruitment, Selection & Apprenticeships, and drive recruitment campaigns in line with workforce plans. Providing advice and guidance to line managers and applicants regarding recruitment policies and procedures for police officers (including promotion processes), police staff, agency staff, special constabulary, apprentices, interns, and volunteers.

What can you expect

All candidates are subject to vetting and medical checks. Please note, for part-time vacancies, the salary will be pro-rata. The interview is scheduled for: 19/08/25.
