I am partnering with a leading global proprietary trading firm that combines cutting-edge technology with exceptional talent to operate across major markets worldwide.
They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Lead to join their high-performing team. This role is pivotal in delivering a world-class onboarding experience for every new hire; from interns to executives, while leading a small team and driving operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise managing high-volume recruitment coordination, manage a full onboarding process end-to-end, with knowledge managing or mentoring a team.
Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators, fostering collaboration and growth. Oversee end-to-end onboarding, ensuring every new hire is equipped for success from day one. Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver a white-glove candidate experience. Implement process improvements and scalable workflows for global consistency. Maintain accurate records in ATS and HRIS systems and ensure compliance throughout the onboarding process. Drive ad hoc HR projects, audits, and documentation updates.
