What you’ll be doing

  • Managing a portfolio of long‑standing hospitality clients — all accounts are already in place
  • Deepening relationships, understanding workforce needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery
  • Recruiting and placing high‑quality front‑of‑house talent across London
  • Acting as the go‑to partner for clients, solving problems before they arise
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth, efficient fulfilment


What you bring

  • Experience in hospitality recruitment, ideally with a strong front‑of‑house focus
  • A genuine understanding of the roles, pressures, and rhythms of the hospitality sector
  • Confidence managing multiple client accounts and building long‑term partnerships
  • A proactive, solutions‑driven mindset
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment


What’s on offer

  • OTE £70K
  • 4 days per week in the London office, 1 day work from home
