This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Recruitment Account Manager who enjoys building strong client relationships, delivering recruitment solutions, and working in a fast paced environment.
The RoleAs a Recruitment Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships while delivering effective recruitment support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients and coordinating recruitment activity to ensure workforce requirements are met.
A successful Recruitment Account Manager will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
This is a full time, office based role working 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop relationships with existing client accounts
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service delivery
Coordinate recruitment activity to meet client workforce requirements
Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure vacancies are filled efficiently
Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth
Attend client meetings and site visits where required
Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams

You will ideally have:
Previous experience within recruitment, account management, or a customer facing role
Strong relationship building and communication skills
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
A proactive, results driven and solutions focused mindset
The ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
A full UK driving licence is required
Competitive salary up to £30,000 per annum
Competitive commission structure after 6 months service
