Job Description
A well-established recruitment agency in North West London is looking for a proactive and personable Recruitment Administrator to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with over two years’ recruitment experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-driven environment.
You’ll play a key role in supporting the consultants and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support consultants in managing vacancies across multiple business areas.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and build strong relationships.
- Coordinate interviews, liaising between clients, candidates, and internal teams.
- Assist with recruitment marketing, job postings, and social media activity.
- Handle all administrative aspects of the recruitment process.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in recruitment.
- Degree educated.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and a strong team player.
