Role: Recruitment Advisor Hours: 36.25 hours per week Salary: £36,657 -£38,382 per annum Pension contribution: 20.8% (£ FTE) Location: campus with the requirement to travel to other campuses The Trafford and Stockport College Group (TSCG) is seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to contribute to our vision of unlocking potential for successful futures. About The Role: To deliver and coordinate end-to-end recruitment and selection activity across the Group, from vacancy approval through to completion of onboarding stage, ensuring effective, compliant and high-quality recruitment processes and a positive candidate experience. To provide professional advice and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment and selection, supporting consistent, fair and effective hiring decisions. To ensure all screening and vetting activities are accurate, compliant and completed in line with legislative, safeguarding and organisational requirements.
