As Recruitment Advisor, youll play a critical role in shaping Lightfoots growth by finding and attracting the right people at the right time. This is a true in-house recruitment role, focused on developing a deep understanding of our teams, roles, and culture, and using that insight to identify and engage high-quality talent in the market. Youll work closely with hiring managers as a trusted partner, advising on role design, hiring strategies, and candidate experience.
This role suits someone who enjoys getting under the skin of a business, building strong relationships, and delivering thoughtful, high impact hiring rather than high-volume recruitment.
Key Responsibilities Partnering with the business Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers, developing a deep understanding of team structures, role purpose, capability gaps, and future growth plans Run thorough role kick-offs, shaping and challenging briefs where needed to ensure roles are well-defined, realistic, and aligned to business priorities Advise on role design, seniority, salary benchmarking, location flexibility, and hiring timelines, using market insight and data to inform decisions Act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process, balancing pace, quality, and long-term fit
