You could be joining a scaling Technology Consultancy as part of the internal business administration team which supports the company's activities and expansion. As a Recruitment and HR Coordinator you will have a range of responsibilities including: Supporting with recruitment processes, covering both experienced and graduate hires Acting as a liaison with candidates, recruitment suppliers and direct applicants Checking that candidate CVs meet minimum requirements and are screened accordingly Coordinating interview schedules, including applying the relevant testing approach Invigilating testing environments Obtaining and consolidate feedback and test results Utilising recruitment system to manage open roles, including candidate pipelines, competency scorecards and reporting on hiring progress Ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new joiners Being a key point of liaison for outsourced HR and benefits Location / WFH: ...
