As Recruitment Area Manager, you'll be a key driver of performance across multiple branches, supporting teams to deliver temporary and permanent recruitment solutions across a variety of sectors. This role suits someone who enjoys visibility, leads by example, and understands the fast-paced world of recruitment inside out. What You'll Do As Recruitment Area Manager, you will: Lead and support your branches, ensuring operational excellence, compliance and profitability Drive sales performance through strategic business development and proactive client engagement Develop, mentor and inspire branch teams and managers, fostering a high-performance culture Monitor KPIs, analyse performance data, and implement targeted action plans Lead digital engagement initiatives, including shaping and rolling out a company-wide social media strategy, and empowering teams to maximise online presence About You You will bring: Proven success in a recruitment agency environment-either as an experienced Branch Manager ready to step up, an Area Manager, Regional Manager or, ideally across 'high street' supply divisions, both temporary and permanent Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering sales growth Excellent communication and leadership skills Confidence managing multiple priorities across various sites This role requires regular presence across branches in both Northamptonshire and Gloucestershire, so flexibility to travel throughout the region is essential.
