Job Description

My client is a leading international law firm, with an excellent reputation within the Real Estate market, are ow looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join their London office on a permanent basis.


The Recruitment Assistant will work with the recruitment team on all aspects of recruitment administration, you will support the Senior Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Advisor’s to ensure the successful recruitment of Business Services and Fee Earner staff. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a collaborative team.


The key duties will include:


  • Liaising with direct candidates and screening direct applications
  • Updating and advertising all job descriptions
  • Updating and maintaining the firm’s applicant tracking system
  • Liaising with hiring managers, partners and stakeholders
  • Arranging interviews, booking meeting rooms and sharing virtual interview links
  • Answering queries from recruitment agents, direct candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborating with other departments to work on projects and presentations to support the wider business
  • Maintaining filing systems
  • Ensuring administration duties are carried out in a timely manner
  • Pulling off reports from the recruitment system and assist in drafting reports
  • Managing offer paperwork and sharing details with HR for onboarding new joiners


The Recruitment Assistant will have experience working in an Administration based role at another law firm, either in HR, recruitment or an EA based role. You will have a can-do attitude, a high attention to detail and you will show experience of taking ownership of administrative tasks with a knowledge of systems. The ideal candidate with be able to multitask, have a positive attitude and be able to communicate at all levels with confidence.
