Were an established recruitment business with over 20 years in the market, a strong reputation for delivery, and ambitious growth plans across the UK. As part of that journey, were launching and scaling our Cambridge branch and were looking for a driven Branch Manager to lead from the front.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a high-performing senior consultant who wants:
Their first branch management role
Full ownership of a local market
The chance to build, grow, and lead a team in industrial & logistics recruitment
Youll be supported by an experienced leadership team, centralised back-office functions, and a business that genuinely understands the industrial market.
What Youll Be Doing
Managing and growing the Cambridge branch
Billing on a strong industrial / warehousing desk
Developing key client relationships across warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing
Leading from the front setting standards, mentoring consultants, and driving performance
Recruiting, training, and developing your own team over time
Owning branch P&L, KPIs, and growth strategy (with support)
Who Were Looking For
An experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant (or equivalent)
Strong background in industrial / warehousing recruitment
Logistics recruitment exposure is highly desirable
Proven billing history and client management skills
Someone ready to step into leadership and accountability
Commercially minded, motivated, and confident managing people
Based in or able to commute to Cambridge
