This role is focused on the attraction and delivery of high-quality, specialist, engineering and consultancy talent . You will operate as a true partner to the business , shaping hiring strategy, influencing stakeholders, and delivering recruitment solutions in a competitive and technically complex market.
We need someone really good - experienced, credible, and confident operating in engineering-led environments.
