Recruitment Business Partner - London (Hybrid) - RPO

I’m excited to be supporting the search for a Recruitment Business Partner to join the Delivery Team at Avencia Talent Solutions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RPO recruiter or sourcing specialist who thrives in strategic, consultative hiring environments and enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategies.

What you’ll be doing:

- Leading complex and high value recruitment searches across Corporate Functions within the insurance sector.

- Partnering closely with Client Services teams and senior hiring leaders to shape hiring strategy.

- Delivering market insight, talent intelligence, and structured search strategies.

- Driving direct sourcing and headhunting approaches to secure top tier talent.

- FTC 12 months

- Acting as a trusted advisor on talent availability, role positioning, and recruitment strategy.

Location: London - Hybrid (2-3 days remote)
