Salary: £7.55 per hour
Contract: Full-time, Apprenticeship (Typically 12–18 months)
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant Apprentice to join our dynamic team based in Welwyn Garden City. You will receive full training and mentoring from experienced consultants, developing the skills and knowledge needed to become a successful Recruitment Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment consultants in sourcing and screening candidates
Post job adverts on job boards and company platforms
Conduct telephone interviews and candidate registrations
Assist with matching suitable candidates to job vacancies
Update and maintain candidate records and databases
Liaise with clients and candidates in a professional and timely manner
General administrative support to the recruitment team
