Blue Arrow is growing, and we are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our established Cardiff team. This role is ideally suited to an experienced consultant with a strong sales mindset, though we will also consider entry-level candidates who demonstrate clear commercial drive and a genuine interest in business development. Recruitment is a sales-driven environment, and success in this role comes from building relationships, identifying opportunities, and consistently delivering value to clients and candidates alike. While recruitment skills can be taught, resilience, motivation, and a proactive approach to sales are essential. The role As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for generating revenue through both new business development and account management, alongside delivering a high-quality recruitment service.
