Novara People is growing, and were looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Business Development Manager to join the business.This role is suited to someone who knows recruitment, understands sales, and has a proven track record of generating revenue. Youll have the autonomy to build and grow your own desk, whether thats within industrial, engineering, or construction markets, across temp or perm.Were not looking for someone to learn the ropes we want someone who can hit the ground running and add value from day one.As the business continues to expand, there is genuine opportunity to shape your own progression.
