This role will focus on recruiting across a range of blue-collar and white-collar positions, with a particular emphasis on candidates and clients within the civils and construction sectors.The ideal candidate will have previous recruitment experience, a strong understanding of civil engineering and construction, and the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle from business development through to candidate placement.
