Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent (Hybrid: 1 day/week in office + client visits across Southeast England) Salary: £28,000-£35,000 + 30% uncapped commission + performance incentives

Client Development: Build and manage your own client base through proactive outreach and meetings. Candidate Engagement: Source, screen, and place candidates into permanent roles.
