What you’ll be doing:

Generating leads and converting them into long-term client partnerships

*

Selling recruitment solutions to logistics businesses across the Midlands and beyond

*

Managing and expanding existing client relationships to maximise revenue

*

Driving sales performance with a clear focus on targets and growth

What we’re looking for:

Proven sales background – essential

*

Recruitment or logistics experience is an advantage, but not required

*

Confident, persuasive communicator with a hunter mentality

*

Ambitious, proactive, and motivated by success
