We’re supporting a leading social enterprise to launch a new site in Stoke, delivering a government-funded DWP back-to-work programme. You’ll be joining a supportive team of 10–15 colleagues, all focused on one thing: helping people overcome challenges and get back into meaningful, sustainable work.

Why this role? No sales or fees – the service is fully funded by the DWP. All about people – spend your time coaching, supporting, and problem-solving with candidates. Purpose-driven – make a genuine difference in the lives of people who’ve faced barriers to work.A day in the life: Meeting with your caseload (around 70 participants at a time) to check progress and set goals. Helping with CVs, interview prep, and applications. Coordinating vacancies with local employers and matching participants to the right opportunities. Referring people to additional support, from self-employment advice to confidence building.
