This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated salesperson who is eager to step into recruitment. You don’t need prior recruitment experience – what matters is your ability to win new business, build strong relationships, and deliver results. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.Working within the industrial division, you’ll focus on developing new client accounts and managing existing relationships across manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and related sectors. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same – you’ll be speaking to decision-makers, pitching solutions, and matching candidates to roles that make a real difference to businesses.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through proactive outbound sales, cold calling, and networkingManage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring excellent service levelsSource, screen, and place candidates into temporary and permanent industrial rolesNegotiate commercial terms and close deals with clientsWork towards clear sales and activity targets with the support of a structured training planThe PersonProven direct sales background (B2B or B2C), with evidence of consistently achieving targetsA confident communicator, persuasive and commercially awareAmbitious, resilient, and self-motivated with a strong work ethicExcellent organisational and relationship-building skillsReady to learn recruitment and carve out a successful career in the industryThe Package£30,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE £40k–£50k in year one, with growth potential beyond)Every other Friday off – giving you two long weekends per monthClear career progression in a growing consultancyFull training and development with ongoing supportA lively, supportive central Birmingham office environment with onsite parking
