Your new role Managing a temporary commercial recruitment desk, supporting our existing portfolio of high-quality clients Building strong, consultative relationships with clients to understand their workforce needs and deliver timely, effective recruitment solutions Sourcing, engaging and placing top commercial temp talent across a range of roles Managing the full temp recruitment lifecycle, including candidate availability, bookings, aftercare and compliance Proactively developing new client relationships to grow your desk and increase revenue Who are we looking for? Recruitment experience is desirable but

not essential
