Must haves
- Proven experience in sales or recruitment
- Confident communication skills with a relationship led approach
- Motivated, ambitious and target driven mindset
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
- Collaborative attitude and willingness to contribute to team success
Nice to haves
- Previous experience within temporary recruitment or a 360 recruitment role
- Experience working within a fast paced, KPI driven environment
What will you be doing?
- Building and developing a temporary recruitment desk
- Developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Generating new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts
- Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
- Providing a high standard of service and candidate care
- Working closely with colleagues to support the growth of the Temps Division
