Nice to haves
  • Previous experience within temporary recruitment or a 360 recruitment role
  • Experience working within a fast paced, KPI driven environment

What will you be doing?
  • Building and developing a temporary recruitment desk
  • Developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Generating new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts
  • Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
  • Providing a high standard of service and candidate care
  • Working closely with colleagues to support the growth of the Temps Division
