What Youll Be Doing:
Proactively sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates

Writing job adverts and managing applications

Coordinating interviews and overseeing the offer process

Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates

Working towards targets and earning commission on placements

£27,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission

Year 1 OTE: £38,000£48,000

Year 2 OTE: £45,000£70,000

Year 3 OTE: £70,000£100,000+
