Our team in Belfast is growing, and we're pleased to be hiring a Trainee-Level Recruitment Consultant to join us. Your responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant:

Sourcing candidates and guiding them through the recruitment process, creating a pipeline of qualified individuals for current or future job openings Staying informed about industry trends, providing market insight and manage expectations. Building relationships with clients, and generating new business through cold calling, and chasing leads Representing candidates to your clients, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback Ensuring a seamless recruitment process, and making successful placements for both the client and candidate
