HRC Recruitment is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Healthcare team . This role is ideal for someone who loves working in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Youll join a highly experienced team of specialist recruiters, known for their deep market knowledge in healthcare and hospitality. What youll be doing: Meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets by identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities through networking, cold calling and client meetings. Leveraging relationships with existing clients to secure new job openings and expand revenue streams. Building strong relationships by managing client requests and delivering excellent customer service Proactively sourcing high-quality candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other recruiting tools, ensuring strong candidate pipelines. Maintaining and updating a large candidate database. Acting as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates.
