We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven recruiter with a strong sales background. You'll be responsible for managing the full 360 recruitment process - from winning new business and developing client relationships, to securing retained or exclusive assignments and delivering outstanding placements. Annual sales targets range from £130,000 - £240,000. Senior Recruitment Consultant - Key Responsibilities A consistent track record of exceeding sales and billing targets. Confidence negotiating at senior and executive levels. Ability to identify growth opportunities and independently manage your client and candidate processes from start to finish. A positive, driven mindset, with a focus on building lasting partnerships. Senior Recruitment Consultant - Requirements Proven, consistent success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
