In this role, you will support full-cycle search projects - from market research and candidate mapping to client engagement and placement - focusing on senior-level roles that require discretion, industry insight and strategic relationship building.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted research and networking to identify top-tier professionals
  • Engage and build relationships with senior candidates and client stakeholders
  • Deliver tailored executive search campaigns with accuracy and insight
  • Manage candidate pipelines and CRM systems
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback and offer negotiations
