  • Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 + uncapped commission
  • Full-time | Harrogate | Office-based first 3 months, then hybrid (1-2 days WFH)
  • Driving licence required or very close to passing (large geographic patch)



We’re looking for a proactive, relationship‑driven Recruitment Consultant to join our business support team, supporting the education sector across Yorkshire - including Harrogate, York, Leeds, Sheffield and Wakefield.


It’s a candidate‑driven environment, so great conversations, relationship building, and strong candidate management are key, especially as compliance and DBS checks can take time.



What You’ll Be Doing


  • Building and developing a temp-focused Business Support desk
  • Growing long-term relationships with organisations across Yorkshire
  • Managing the full recruitment process from sourcing to placement
  • Handling a high level of compliance, including DBS checks and candidate documentation
  • Keeping candidates engaged during the compliance process
  • Carrying out market research and proactive business development

What You’ll Bring


  • Experience in high-compliance environments such as healthcare, education or similar
  • Confidence picking up the phone and building rapport quickly
  • Growing your market through proactive business development
  • Building and managing a high-performing client portfolio
  • Running the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to placement
  • Hitting financial and activity targets that directly boost your commission
  • Understanding of Yorkshire geography (ideal, not essential)
