The Role:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and placement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and provide market insights
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple channels (databases, job boards, networking, referrals)
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support candidates and clients throughout the selection process
• Business development

The Requirements:

• Degree educated and experience in sales is preference!
• B2B sales experience needed if no degree!
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
• High level of motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
