The Role

We’re looking for ambitious, driven and commercially minded graduates to join our first Graduate Academy. As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant at Elize Partners, you’ll work directly alongside our Managing Director and gain mentorship from Senior Directors based in our Swiss office. This is a rare opportunity to learn the full recruitment lifecycle in a high-performance environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Sourcing and headhunting top-tier candidates across European markets

Building and managing candidate relationships

Supporting senior team members on active mandates

Working closely with clients to understand hiring needs

Developing market knowledge in high-growth industries

Learning how to build and grow your own specialist market

What We’re Looking For

Recent graduates (2024 or 2025) from any discipline

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Competitive, resilient, and eager to learn personality types

Entrepreneurial mindset: You’ll be helping to shape our London office and culture

Desire to build a long-term career in recruitment

Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
