What You’ll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be at the heart of our business — partnering with clients and candidates to create success stories on both sides. You'll:

Build and manage a client portfolio, nurturing strong relationships with hiring managers and HR teams

Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of tools and strategies
*
Provide expert market insights and career advice to clients and candidates
*
Write compelling job ads and manage responses across platforms
*
Negotiate offers, close placements, and support onboarding
*
Stay on top of industry trends, hiring activity, and competitor insights
*
Hit (and exceed!) your performance and revenue targets
