The Role
You will join a high-performing team, working closely with experienced senior staff, taking ownership of candidate delivery and supporting client requirements across live roles. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you will be expected to operate with pace, take ownership, and contribute to results quickly.
What Youll Be Doing
Managing candidate generation across multiple live vacancies
Building strong relationships with candidates, understanding motivations and suitability
Delivering high-quality, qualified candidates to the team
Supporting the full recruitment process through to placement
Working closely with senior consultants to meet client demands
Maintaining a consistent pipeline of candidates for current and future roles
Contributing to overall team performance and delivery targets
What Were Looking For
Background in estate agency, sales, account management, or another client-facing, target-driven role
Proven ability to work in a busy, high-pressure environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
Looking for a career with progression and earning potential
Previous recruitment experience is not required, but strong commercial experience is essential.
Salary & Incentives
£26,000 - £30,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
