About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll join a high‑performing team delivering temporary and permanent staffing solutions. You’ll connect skilled talent with growing organisations and provide tailored solutions that help businesses thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth through proactive business development and sales
• Deliver bespoke staffing solutions within your specialist market
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, and placing candidates
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Achieve and exceed targets in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment
