Main duties will include: Source candidates using various platforms including our Bullhorn CRM and a range of different job boards Developing new business and existing business Building relationships and with existing clients Formatting CVs Taking full job briefs from clients Writing job descriptions to advertise on our website and job boards Responding to suitable applications and searching for candidates via a range of techniques Providing an honest and consultative service to clients and candidates alike Arranging interviews and preparing candidates beforehand Negotiating job offers and managing client and candidate expectations The successful candidate will have: Previous sales or office based customer service experience Excellent communication skills A confident, tenacious personality Strong organisation skills Willingness to learn and develop knowledge It would be beneficial but isnt essential if the successful candid...
